FANTASTIC apartment for families!

The location proved excellent, and the apartment was PERFECT for our family. It included everything we needed, just like a fully equipped home. We even cooked dinner there. The place was super clean, beautifully furnished, and the beds were very comfortable!!!

There were no hooks in the bathroom. A hand towel near the sink could not be hung.

The help center responded very quickly and proved very helpful TOO. Access was very easy, and one can enter the apartment comfortably by using the code sent by the host.

The location is quite good, right next to the Vytopna train restaurant. It is a short walk to the clock tower and other landmarks. Public transport is also nearby.

i was very impressed by the room! it was very clean and beautifully decorated. the apartment was also surprisingly quiet. i really appreciated the lovely balcony, it was a great bonus.

instead of bath towels, i found only two hand towels per person were provided. there was no hot water available in the bathroom. i wish they had provided coffee capsules.

the location is very convenient and nearby key places. the room is cleaned well. it has all that is needed.

the corridor has strong cigarettes smell and it spread to the apartment. the bathroom require hooks, especially for hand towel near the sink. i found black hairs on the pillows and duvets.

The included parking was great for exploring surrounding areas. i emailed about quietness and received a room on the top floor. It involved 98 steps, still there was a lift. prebooked taxi pickup from the airport worked perfectly.

i felt short towels available in the bathroom were not sufficient.

Wonderful Stay at Central Location!

I found the apartment very spacious and clean (I was super happy!). The apartment also came fully equipped with all amenities, which really exceeded my expectations. I could not have asked for a better accommodation, especially with its central location. I also appreciated how quick the help center was to respond and assist with any questions I had.

The hot water was somewhat unstable , alternating between cold and warm. This was a bit inconvenient as I had to adjust the temperature frequently.
